same car differrent problem

finally found out its a gxe but now i have a heating problem. the temp gauge reads that it normal running temp but heater inside dosent give out that much heat. under the hood it has a brand new radiator (looks to be aftermarket) but the lower radiator hose dosent get warm and the dual electric fans dont come on. is the themostat junk? and if i get the coolent to circulate do you think the heat will start workin better?

You have a plugged or broken thermosat. or your heater core is plugged. Try changing the thermosat first. best of luck
