Deciding if we should get platinum vsa for toyota rav4 hybrid limited 2020

I am in process of buying a 2020 rav4 hybrid
limited. The dealer is offering toyota platinum
vsa warranty for 8yr/75k miles at $1850. Is it a
reasonable price to pay for that?

That is up to you. Toyota already has a manufacturers warranty for 3 years or 36K miles, a power train warranty of 6 years or 60K miles, Rust warranty for 5 years, and the Hybrid battery for 10 years or 150K. So do you want to pay upfront for what might happen?
