My radio wont stay on. It will show the time but wont play radio or cds

this one is a "soft" volume----no knobs or potentiometers...be sure the "soft" volume control, and the "mode" is in the right selection, then ease the volume up----maybe the aux. player is selected, and that's why nothin is happening~

Yes its an recent addition and let me clear up what i said there aint no power to the raido all i can press is eject then the radio shuts off right away fuse is not blown
