Nissan Sentra 1995, AC Compressor Noise... Can i snip off Belt?

the AC Compressor is making a ton of noise, may have something to with the bearing or clutch... Wondering if I can just snip the belt off but not sure if the belt powers anything else

It looks like there are two serpentine belts, I cant tell if the other belt runs only the ac compressor or not
