Are you referring to the dimmer switch for the insturnment panel? If so, it just pops out with a small flat blade screwdriver. 1 plug on the back & that's it.

My bad - should have said high beam switch - my head lights turn off when I switch to high beams. The lamps are good.

Almost as easy. The steering column cover attaches with screws on the bottom. 6 if I remember correctly. Then the top & bottom halves snap apart. 2 screws attach the switch to the column.
