what causes jerking problems

Truck is "huckabucking" in every gear.  Will not advance over 30mph and is
jumping so badly that I cannot drive it.

I have the same problem. I have a manual trans and it bucks between changing gears and driving a steady speed. it idles perfectly. it has had a tune up. dont know how to diagnos the problem.
