Why my 97 Maxima delays to shift to 2nd gear from first gear once taken off?

I've checked my 2 crankshaft sensor / cam sensor / speed sensor, all good!
So what's making a delay shifting to 2nd gear from 1st gear once taken off?

Could be a bad solenoid, may need the transmission fluid and filter changed, best take it to a transmission shop for proper diagnosis.
