My 1997 Nissan Altima Se Horn will not work,change out relay for horn and 10 amp fuse next to battery that says horn still not working!

like said horn doesn't work on 1997 Nissan Altima, replacer horn relay and the 10amp fuse what can be left horn still not working??

The horn button, the wiring and the horn itself. I would check for power at the horn but you will probably need a helper to push the horn button.
