Can this be a true statement by my BMW dealer?

I’m looking to lease a 2020 BMW X-3X Drive3.0i AWD and like the look of
the special wheel/tire option that lists for $950 - that is described as a 20"M
Double-spoke bi-color wheels, style 699M with performance run-flat tires
(S022W).  
My BMW dealer tells me that BMW will not/can not provide that wheel with
a run-flat all season tire, since it is a 20" wheel and an all season run-flat tire
does not exist to fit their wheel.

I checked with both Goodyear or Michelin and neither can provide run flat all season tires to fit 20"wheels for an X-3. Thanks for the response.
