My 97 Altima cranks but won't start. Help?

My 97 Altima manual just died as I was pulling up to a light. It cranks but sounds like it is not getting fuel. I turn the key over and I can not hear the fuel pump kick in. I replaced the fuel pump but it still will not start. I checked the relay and it is in working condition. I opened the distributor cap, and it was not dirty, but I cleaned the inside with carb cleaner to make sure. I also checked the 15 amp fuse to make sure it was good and it is. Any other suggestions? I do get spark to the plugs.

Make sure you have a good fully charged battery, check battery voltage, it should be minimum 12.4. If battery is ok, spray some quick start in the throttle body to see if it'll start for a bit, if it does, it means it's not getting fuel past the injectors. Check fuel filter,check fuel pressure. If fuel is ok, check spark on spark plugs. if spark is ok, check crankshaft sensor

We're is the throttle locations on the part you having me to spray this item on. I have an new battery and spark plugs
GuruL3639 this is an old post but throttle body is at the oposite end of the air hose where the air filter is connected to.
