Car gets sluggish at operating temperature

I have a 1998 Nissan 200sx ser when i drive it while its still kinda cold its fine but once its up to operating temperature it has a sluggish throttle and idle is bad as well. It sounds like it wants to go but it doesn't anyone know what the problem could be?

intake air temp sensor maybe mass air flow meter at filter box ,, and a dozen others check for codes they help somewhat
