AC doesn't works in rain

I have my Honda Civic Reborn Hybrid 2008 UK
Model. Whenever it's rain outside AC of my car
doesn't work. Please let me know how to fix it.

Perhaps missing splash shield and belt slips. Might just need a fresh belt. If that is not the cause have the system scanned for codes anyway. Hopefully there is no electrical fault concern. Best of Luck!
