it idles fine no vibration to indicate a miss, but if i give it gas it sputters and takes a few
minutes to catch up and then runs fairly well at the higher r cleans out when returned to
idle. it is coiled not dist, no vacuum leaks. starts very easy but just seems like it has
too much fuel pressure. i put clamp on line going to the fuel regulator and car smooths
out during the idle but once the pedal is pushed it starts puttering
puzzled and annoyed....any answers as to why this is happening

How long since your last major tune up(plugs, plug wires, air filter, ect)?

i have a problem with the Nissan Sentra i start the car and can run it about 2 miles it starts misfiring and dies then it won't start let it sit for a hour and it starts right up i have pulled fuses cleaned everything tune up.complete i worked on it all weekend still can't find it pulled line off pumped gas good about ready to scap it what can i try anything i tryed just about everything cant get it to keep.rinning anyone have any ideas most appreciated thank you gordy from mn

I have a 1989 Nissan Sentra that is hesitating/missing + rough idle (dies at stop signs). Thing is, it does very well going up steep, long hills -- lots of power, no problems. Tuesday at my friend's house my car wouldn't start and it wasn't turning over at all. The AAA guy tried several things and he tried to start it by just leaning over the seat from the outside of the car and it wouldn't start. So finally he got it started but said it needed a new starter, so I got home and then again, it wouldn't start.
