My car is acting weird after I got it from the car shop yesterday

So I just got my car out of the shop and I had to get
my ecm and bcm changed and also I had to get
another key made fit to fit my 2000 nissian maxima  
and now that I'm driving when ever I accelerate the
battery light and brake light comes on and i don't
know how because I got a brand new battery in the
car and alternator I had in there since last year sooo
I need help on this one ?

sounds like a bad ground somewhere or the alternator if you got it last year it should be under warranty and any auto parts store will test them

I would go back to the shop that did the work and complain.
