toyota camry hybrid "check hybrid system"

my dashboard says check hybrid system so i got a diagnostic but it had no
codes so im not sure what exactly is wrong with it and i dont wanna go to a
mechanic clueless because they will tell me anything and have a huge bill with
a broken car.

Suggest you have this vehicle re scanned for codes. with the message indicated above.....there must be some codes. Many Auto Parts stores will Scan for codes for FREE. Do yu have a.....AutoZone parts store near you?

The scan has to be done while the light is on. My is coming on and going off. I go up there and it cuts off. They say no codes, bring it when it's on. I know the battery is close to the end of its useful life but I'm hoping for a few more months.
