Camry Hybrid 07 problm Hybrid battery

Hello guys
I was trying to disassemble my hybrid battery and
by accident
I connect one of the wire with the battery cover .  I
circled in my picture .

Now all everything is done , they car do not start , it
says ( check hybrid system .)
I try to solve the problem ,  now I can tell that I have
263V on the cables , but does not goes to the car .  
I changed the orange Switch many time , didn’t
work .

Love at the second picture ,
I have 263 V on 1 side but no 0 V on the other side .
