Low fuel pressure and dirty fuel injectors can cause a misfire, also an intake runner leak. I assume you have already double checked your work, made sure there wasn't a cracked spark plug. has the check engine light even came on during the shaking? if so a code check could shed more light on the misfire.

Steam is getting in on some of my plug it is hard to crank sometimes we took one of the thermostat out because water was not circulating is it ok to have only one thermostat I have a 2006 Nissan Altima
