2002 Nissan Xterra will crank but not start.

I have a Nissan Xterra 2002, automatic, 4.  I was make left hand turn and
then had to come to an abrupt stop and the truck “stalled out”.  I checked
fuel pump and it is pumping fuel. Checked fuel pump fuses and those are
fine.  Electrics work.  Help?

just fixed one that would die intermittently until it finally wouldn't start at all. pump was fine fuses fine. long story short, the electrical connection for the fuel pump that is on the float/ sending unit had no continuity. it had rotted in two. bypassed it with a wire and fired right up. (replace the sending unit)
