Is my 2003 Nissan Altima Nismo?

I have noticed on my 2003 Nissan
Altima carpet that it had Nismo
written on it with a serial code. Also I
went under my exhaust and it said
Nismo on it. Basically most of the
parts on my car said Nismo on it.
And I'm the first owner.
I'm not sure if it's Nismo but it's
written all over my car. And my car
has a unique design to it. It is not like
other Nissan Altima. It picks up very
well, and sounds like it has a cold air
intake. Please tell me if they made a
Nismo Edition for my car. Because I
want to modify but if it's Nismo I
don't want to mess with it.

Yes they have made a Nismo Edition for the 2003 Altima but only for the 3.5SE. They made a Nismo Altima only on the 3rd gen from 2002 to 2004. And yeah buddy if it said it on the carpet and exhaust I don't think you would need to ask this question. It's obvious.
