4wd moving hitting gas after hitting a concrate block

I was headed to school and i went around a
parked truck and on the other side of the
atm in the parking lot i hit that parking
cconcrete e block and since the 4wd when
you hit tue gas jerks back and forth
something broke idk what its it?

Its a 2004 nissan xterra
