Replace unleaded engine with flex engine

Can I replace my unleaded engine with a flex engine out of another Titan if I transfer maybe the intake, valve covers etc..  OH please say yes.....
Found a great deal his vin is B mine is A 4th digit . his flex mine unleaded..
just bought my truck now it needs an engine.

I think at the very least you would need the ECU that went with the flex engine.
