My 2004 Nissan Sentra A/C ?

I recently brought my 2004 Nissan Sentra to my mechanic shop for a A/C check
. It had a leak from the low pressure hose and it was replaced . After checking it
out again I see now the A/C only goes down to 60 degrees. It used to down to
40 degrees. Is it low on freon or ?????

I did bring my car to be diagnosed already and they did change my low pressure side , when I charge up my A/C it was 40 degrees , now its up to 60 degrees , they did change the freon 2's already and I do believe they didn't do it right . Should I add some more freon to my A/C or ????
