I HAVE A REOCCURING TROUBLE CODE CLASSIFIED AS A PENDING CODE
PO0447.I have scanned and cleared the code several times and the SES light
stays off until it is restarted.

You have an EVAP system problem. First thing to do is check the gas cap. https://www.obd- codes.com/p0447
