Where is the flasher relay in a 2020 Corolla LE?

Also, is there a fix for led hyper flashing other than the load resistors? I dont
want to cut or splice the wire harness at all.

Yes I am aware of that....I would like to use led turn signals though and they hyper flash. This is usually fixed by putting a resistor in parallel with it. But i dont want to splice or cut the wire harness so I was asking if theres another way...like a setting or something that can be changed
