dealer changed tires before I purchased car

Asked by Guru7BHGL Jun 09, 2020 at 09:56 PM about the 2017 Toyota Sienna XLE 7-Passenger FWD

Question type: Shopping & Pricing

I looked at a 2017 toyota sienna. Before purchasing the car had Firestone
Tires. When we took possession it had Dunlop Conquest Tires. The tires look
new but when I look for the Dunlop Conquest tires on tire websites I can't find
much. Is the dealer trying to pull a fast one here? The tires appear to be the
correct size.

Were the Firestone worn and didn't pass inspection? When selling vehicles dealers will replace the tires with the cheapest ones they can source in the correct size.
