2019 rogue sport

I have a 2019 rogue sport the screen went black I see it says to hold the power
button do you do this when car is off or on )))must car be warmed up then shut
off and try power button also should I try power and ok button together

I'd take it back to your local Nissan Dealer and let them fix it for free or show you how to use the feature. Hope that helps! Jim

Yes. Hold both for roughly 30 seconds and it should fix it
