My car does not accelerate

OK so I got in my car turned it on put it in drive and
my gas pedal went down but did not accelerate but
my car still moves in all gears but my pedal won't
accelerate

I just had this happen with my 2010 Nissan Murano right after I got a car wash; did anyone find out anything on why this happened?

09 morrano stop switch drives car won't go then died jump start but when cables off dies just got this car used was driving fine till this point
