Ok you work a Nissan dealership ???? and they can't find the problem ??? I would never take my car there. I have a feeling its the seatbelt circuit ,the only true way to find the issue is to leave consult scanner on and check to see if the seatbelt circuit is operating correctly as you driving the car.
