My daughter has a 2005 Murano. While she was driving, the key fab was removed. Since then, we have replaced the engine & catlytic converters. Would removing the key have anything to do with these issues?

Tom - sorry her car is a 2009. She says she puts the key fob in then pushes the button to start it. We have had nothing but (expensive) issues with this car. Its a bummer. Thanks -Chris
