I think the rings did not seat. Probably a poor job of rebuilding.

Is that possible that oil come from intake or failure intake gasket?

The oil could also come from bad valve guides or seals. Who rebuilt this engine? Gumby?

Nope its rebuild by old guy so he passed away and his son sold this to me. so how much does it cost to change cam and again rebuild with same parts. any idea

To do it right I would say over 3 grand. More if there are problems. Did they give you a detailed list of what was done? Not all rebuilds are equal. Most people think rings and bearing is enough (not!).

Yes they give me little detail Probe Forged rotating assembly h beam rods Hydrolic roller cam E tech edelbrock 200 brand new heads Edelbrock rpm intake

Did they bore the block with new pistons and rings? Obviously something is seriously wrong. A tear down is in order.
