How long do I have to wait after I have accepted and offer?

I have received an offer and accepted it, but have not heard anything else from the person who made the offer.  How long do I have to wait before the other party fails to take further action?  I have been turning down other offers on my car while I am waiting to hear back from the first party who made an offer.

Please note that the make an offer tool does not bind the buyer or seller to take any further action. Feel free to discuss other offers with prospective buyers!
