Ok simplest way is to open door. You see that rubber boots? Pull it all the way out and unplug the plugs 2/3 plugs (You may have to reach under dash kick panel to unplug). Then there's a slider rod in center held on by 2 bolts (10mm). Top and lower hinges should have 3/4 bolts for each hinges take them off (10mm) but have door supported because door will fall. Presto! (Do everything in reverse)
