My 1997 Ford mustang is holding radaitor coolant
pressure while not being ran/or while being warm. I
need help as 2 what it could be

A good system can hold pressure a long time, so I wouldn't be too concerned about how long it holds pressure, I would be concerned about how much pressure and how soon it builds it, too much pressure too soon is an indication of head or headgasket trouble.
