What would cause injecters to go down on a 95 Mitsubishi eclipse 2.0 manual trans

I had two injectors go down and ordered a whole
new set a couple of months later the
same two injectors went down again

Don't know to be honest.. They are plugged up. The same two went down is the reason I think Its the ecm

I just put 4 injectors on my 1997 misubishi eclipse 420 and now I can’t get to start no more what could it be wrong?
