Car won't start or spark

So I have a 95 Mitsubishi I have change all
three coils,ptu,starter,starter relay, mfi relay
had the r u sent out and checked came back
good what else should I do the car won't
turn over

Turn key and nothing happens or turns over just won't start? Also when you turn the key to the run position does the check engine light come on for a few seconds? If not check for blown fuses. No check engine light in run position and car not running means no power to computer.
