Truck topped out at 45 mph.

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Took it to the maintenance shop to be looked at the next day. They did a view
troubleshooting steps , but couldn't find anything wrong.  Suggested I replace
the catalytic converter. Any suggestions ?
