Transmission Shift Issues

2019 SE Shift in S Mode the Car Will Stick in 1st,2nd all the way up to the red
line unless I paddle shift Up or Back Off on the Accelerator?

The car's relatively new and under warranty. This might be a defect or it might be set within one of the shift settings. It might be a defect; have the dealer look at this. Or it might be a driver issue and he can instruct you as to the settings. That's part of what you paid him for.
