Go to your under hood fuse block and remove the lid. Inside the lid there is a diagram showing the location for the fuel pump fuse (20 amp) and the relay. See if the/any fuse is burnt out. Then put your finger on the relay, second from the front of the box, and feel/hear it click while someone cycles the key on/off. There is a Youtube video provided by Auto Zone how to do this. If this all checks out good, you may have a failed fuel pump.

Howdy , I checked ( all ) relays and they were good , the 20 amp fuse also was good . I am trying to rule out the simple things first before i assume its the fuel pump. Let me give a little background of my situation while i was driving i felt a hesitation from the engine , i back off on the gas and everything was good drove normal few days later the hesitation happened again, once again back off on gas peddle all was good, this time same day car turned off i pulled to the side of the road it started up and once again engine stalled, the only way i could get vehicle home was by keeping it at high idle in low gear . what is interesting i am not getting any check engine light on my dash . Thanks again

With no check engine light, I would be thinking it's a fuel problem. The fuel filter should be changed around 30K miles. There is also a fuel pressure regulator. Test for 60 psi at the fuel rail to rule out most fuel problems. Low pressure most likely indicates a bad pump, especially on an older vehicle. They falter a lot before quitting altogether. Throttle position sensors mimic a fuel problem, but being electrical, they would show a code.
