i have a problem with my 2002 lancer es. my blinkers wont work,my wipers only work on high and wiper fluid wont work and i have no turn siganls what could be the problem?

my lights and blinker are on same switch on the left of steering column the wipers and wiper fluid are on left switch. the dealership said it was one of my ecu's  but they couldn't tell which one but I don't really trust them

i have the same problem on my 2003 ... and i was told it was the ecu's too .. im gonna get it checked out next week
