I have a 2002 mitsubishi galant 4cyl and every time I turn on my lights or turn up my radio it dies what can it be?

I tested my alternator at autozone its good, I
changed my battery terminals to new ones,
I bought a new battery , i checked all of the
fuses there not blown . Im out of ideas .... :/

Did you tighten and clean the negative battery connection on the frame and motor? Mitsubishi's are real funny about thier negative connections.
