my 2002 mitsubishi galant no heat,all vent blows air.AC work fine.was thinking bad heater control valve,but where is located at?

i need location of heater control valve,also i notice the two heater hose that goes to heater
core on fire wall wont get hot?

not sure on the location of that, but first things first. coolant level is correct? vehicle warms up normally (open thermostat can cause long warm up and no heat) and is the coolant system bled? no leaks or recent repairs on cooling system ya?
