Does the car stall very soon after starting it or can you drive it for a bit then it stalls? Either way the problem is obviously not your battery if it's new and holds it's 12.6 volts! If you have or can get a hold of a multimeter check the battery voltage after the car is running for a bit, if the volts have dropped below 11.5 then your alternator is probably not doling its job. A few other things to check would be your fuel injectors, fuel pump, spark plugs & wires etc.
