2003 outlander where is the fuse box?

we cannot find the fuse box where is it?

and there should also be one under the dash as well

should be here unless its different on your year this video shows the location on a 2007 but usually about the same for all years

It should be to the left of your steering wheel, down a little. There is a little pull out compartment, you can put things in it, it kinda looks like a little drawer. That drawer pops right out and the other fuse box is right there behind it.
