looking to swap the timing belt on my 2.0L lancer engine and dont have the money or the
desire to bring it to a shop but i cant find any sort of manual or video or instructions
anyone able to tell me what to do or where to go?

There is always something out there to let you know how to do something. I can't believe you are not finding anything on line, if not, go to your library and seek out there Chilton's manuals. (if there is any libraries any more)
