Mitsubishi eclipse wont start afterspark plug and sensor change

I have had nothing but issues with this car, changes
so much, its a 2.4L 2003 eclipse and it will not start
after changing the spark plugs and sensors, it reads
the code that states the catalitic converter and says
there is a fuel issue, please wtf do i do, ive dumped
over 2k in this shit :(

Catalytic converter may be plugged up, this is one cause of the engine not starting, but sounds like there are other issues. Check to see if there is a nice white, blueish spark coming out of a spark plug wire, and the fuel pressure needs to be checked to determine what the problem is with the fuel system.
