I would start by removing you battery and taking it to your local Auto Zone and they will test it for free. Just because your dash lights turn on doesn't mean there is enough power to crank your motor over.

If you removed the terminals and cleaned them and still will not start try giving the vehicle a jump.
Car wouldnt start this morning lights on dash came on in car and cooling fan even turned on. I just cleaned the corrosion off the termanals. What could be the problem
