Power Windows on 2005 Endeavor will not work.

We have changed switches including the master switch with no success.  I replaced the
ETACS.  The old one had a burnt circuit in it however,  the new one did not fix the
problem.  It appears there is a short or lose of ground somewhere but, I cannot find it.
