I have a 2003 mini cooper s and im wondering if my car has
cruise control and if so where is it located?

Page 56 of your owners manual will give you the instructions. The buttons to activate and cancel are on the left side of the steering wheel, the plus and minus buttons for speed are on the right side of the steering wheel.
