MINI COOPER 1, 6 04 why does my car keep missing back firing and ther is no go init

Sounds like you need to change the plugs and wires, distributor cap as well. Run a good fuel injector cleaner and some Sta-Bil a product that cleans out all the junk left over from the worst thing that we are being forced to use (ethanol) 10% in your gasoline.
