1998 FORD WINDSTAR,TRAC OFF LIGHT FLASH'S ALL THE TIME,ALSO ABS LIGHT
STAY'S ON,ANY IDEA'S???

If the abs light is on it will set the traction control into fault mode because it is not getting a true reading off of the wheel speed. Have the abs checked and it should fix both problems.
